Tahini Turmeric Latte with a Side of Chill

Your turmeric latte just got a major upgrade! 1 cup plant-based milk
1 tablespoon fresh turmeric, grated (or use 1 teaspoon dried)

1 tablespoon tahini
1 Medjool date, pitted

METHOD

Gently heat the plant-based milk, turmeric, ginger, cinnamon, and black pepper in a pot until hot. Reduce to simmer than add the tahini and stir until well-combined. Remove the pot from the heat and pour the mixture into a blender. Add the date. Blend for about 45 seconds until smooth. Pour into your favorite mug. Dust with cinnamon and add your appropriate dosage of CBD. Give it a quick stir, then enjoy your immune-boosting cozy latte with a side of chill!
