Anti-Inflammatory Green Juice
When you feel like you could use a little boost this healing recipe from my book, Whole Food Energy, will do the trick! While all green juices are filled with anti-inflammatory properties, this one kicks it up a notch with turmeric, ginger, cilantro, and pineapple all in one glass. Of course, it’s good for you, but it tastes good too!
INGREDIENTS
Serves 1-2
4 kale leaves
2-3 celery stalks
½ cucumber (peeled if not organic)
1-inch piece fresh turmeric, peeled
½-1 inch piece fresh ginger, peeled
1 cup pineapple, cubed
a handful of fresh cilantro
pinch of sea salt
