Apple Skillet Nachos

Say hello to Apple Skillet Nachos! Tastes like a fresh out of the oven piece of pie, only better. This easy-to-make dish can be served as a hearty snack or satisfying dessert. It’s just as much fun to make as it is to eat!

INGREDIENTS

Serves 2

2 apples of choice
1 tablespoon coconut oil
1 teaspoon cinnamon
2 heaping tablespoons nut butter
¼ cup melted dark chocolate (or as much as desired)
Optional toppings: granola, dried fruit, pumpkin seeds

Note: I used an 8-inch skillet, but this recipe can be doubled for a larger crowd.
