Apple Skillet Nachos
Say hello to Apple Skillet Nachos! Tastes like a fresh out of the oven piece of pie, only better. This easy-to-make dish can be served as a hearty snack or satisfying dessert. It’s just as much fun to make as it is to eat!
INGREDIENTS
Serves 2
2 apples of choice
1 tablespoon coconut oil
1 teaspoon cinnamon
2 heaping tablespoons nut butter
¼ cup melted dark chocolate (or as much as desired)
Optional toppings: granola, dried fruit, pumpkin seeds
Note: I used an 8-inch skillet, but this recipe can be doubled for a larger crowd.

METHOD
Slice apples into wedges and remove seeds. Heat any size skillet and add coconut oil. Once melted, place apple slices in a single layer. Sauté until browned around the edges flipping once halfway through. Remove from heat and dust with cinnamon then drizzle with creamy nut butter and melted dark chocolate. Top with granola, dried fruit, pumpkin seeds, or anything your creative heart desires!
