¾ cup almonds
¼ cup oats (gluten-free if necessary)
¾ cup Medjool dates, pitted
2 tablespoons hemp seeds, more for rolling
¼ cup almond butter (any nut butter will work)
¼ teaspoon vanilla
pinch of sea salt
½ cup dried cherries
extra hemp seeds for rolling (optional)
