Golden Beet Carrot Apple Juice
Forget the caffeine! You’ll get a bolt of energy from this naturally sweet and immune-boosting glass of goodness. The golden beets are milder tasting than red beets yet still will flood your system with a big dose of nutrients. Turmeric and ginger add a dose of anti-inflammatory properties and delicious flavor. Drink this in the morning when you want to feel alive & vibrant or use it as an afternoon pick me up to avoid that 3 pm slump.
INGREDIENTS
2 golden beets (1 large or 2 small)
3 medium carrots
2-3 celery stalks
1-2 apples
½-inch piece ginger, peeled (can use up to an inch)
½-inch piece turmeric, peeled (can use up to an inch)

METHOD
Wash and chop the fruits and vegetables. Place all ingredients in a juicer. Best consumed immediately.
