Soothing Rose Latte
Fun fact: Rose water has been used as a soothing and beautifying ingredient since the time of Cleopatra. The antioxidants and anti-inflammatory properties of rose can help you feel relaxed + radiant from the inside out!
INGREDIENTS
Serves 1
1 cup plant-based milk
2 teaspoon rosewater
½ teaspoon vanilla
Pinch of cardamom
1 tablespoon coconut butter
Sweetener of choice
Edible rose petals

1 cup plant-based milk

1 tablespoon coconut butter

METHOD
Heat all ingredients except the coconut butter in a pot until warm. (Do not boil.) Cool for a minute before mixing in the coconut butter. Blend in the blender or use a handheld frother. Sweeten as desired then take in the calming, soothing aroma before slowly savoring.
