Sweet & Spicy Kale Chips

INGREDIENTS

1 bunch of kale, tough stems removed
¼ cup raw cashews
1 tablespoon tamari
1 lemon, juiced
1 tablespoon honey
1-inch slice fresh ginger
Dash of cayenne pepper

INGREDIENTS

1 bunch of kale, tough stems removed
¼ cup raw cashews

METHOD

Preheat oven to 200 degrees. Wash the kale thoroughly and let dry. Remove kale from stems and tear into bite size pieces.

Place remaining ingredients in food processor and process until smooth. Pour ingredients from food processor over kale and mix thoroughly with your hands. Place kale on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper and cook in oven for 30 minutes. Remove from oven, turn over kale and then place back in the oven for an additional 10-15 minutes until kale is crispy. These kale chips are guaranteed to be a hit!
